Over 1500 clients. Over 1.1 million licenses, an impressive list of clients including NASA, MacAfee and the big accounting companies. Gartner are tracking them and their road map sees them growing to compete with the likes of EMC at the enterprise level.
BPI Asia is a distributor of theirs in Asia and has a reseller (ICG Ltd) about to launch a hosted service in HK with DR capabilities.
EBIKKO from AGI Solutions
is a web based SaaS offered, easily customisable and delivered EDMS, Document Management and workflow application. Gain productivity improvements by automating the flow of electronic or paper documents in the company.
EBIKKO is being used in HK by Tricor and has won a large Government project in Malaysia.
As an example the BOX application is a simple application that supports the scanning and storing of physical documents and gradually moving to digital records rather depending on accessing physical paper. The BOX application uses standard document management and business workflow processing to provide a management solution for a box storage archive that caters both for physical boxes and virtual boxes whose contents have been converted to images.
EBIKKO is certified in Malaysia to their ISO 16175-2:2011 standard. BPI Asia and its partners have full capability to provide subscription billing, hosting, development and design services.
The product is delivered as a low monthly subscription per user seat at PLUS at a separate charge whatever application customization and commissioning activities are required.
