Our Environment is Changing rapidly.

We are in the middle of a Technology driven evolution with a difference - Its EVOLUTION accelerating so fast that it looks like EVOLUTION.

For example witness the consumer revolution taking place right now. We now live in an incredible world with over 5 Billion phones. There are only 1 Billion PC's and laptops. As of end 2010, more than 10 Billion plug-and-play mobile retail, payment and entertainment applications have been downloaded for use on the Apple iPhone alone. AND NOW we have the Ipad whcih will further revolutionise our business practices and mobility.

Recent projections from sources such as Gizmag say that further "growth in emerging markets such as China, India, Indonesia and Pakistan, plus the integration of previously unconnected devices are expected to push the number of global connections to more than six billion in 2013. There are only 6.7 billion human beings."

We believe this is on the low side.

 The Growing Challenge.

For the Business this changing landscape adds both opportunity and pressure. They must keep up, adapt, change and find new business models. They need to stay ahead.  Their business workflow must change to accommodate these new ways of reaching customers.

For IT however it has been difficult to fulfill delivery and responsiveness expectations and demand, giving it a poor reputation - the oft mentioned IT - Business Gap.

As a result, the challenge of both IT and the Business to work closer together is getting harder. While our technological landscape is changing so rapidly; developing IT solutions to these business requirements has not changed in almost 20 years.

We are Business Process Improvement and IT systems consultants with strong domain operational experience in Insurance, Transportation, Construction, Telecommunications, Banking and Finance. We work with consulting partners and professoinals to deliver these consulting services. As part of this strategic perspective, we focus also on the gap between Business and IT. We work with our clients to narrow this gap.

We participate with our product partners (Druva inSync and Phoenix and the Power Predictor) to bring implementation and support strength to their Asian operations. We utilize stable next generation business tools and techniques such as Cordys, Metastorm and BPM development to help clients improve their business workflows, development and integration of systems.
